After an enjoyable summer break we are back with a new episode of Introduction to the Catholic Life. Getting back to our weekly podcast routine, it became clear that the topic to cover this week was sadly that of abuse within the Church. Over the past few weeks, the faithful have once again been appalled to learn of abuse and cover-up within the hierarchy of the Church, specifically in the USA.
How do we deal with these revelations, as those striving to live the Catholic life? How do we keep our faith in the Church when she is attacked from outside and from within with scandal after scandal?
